Hi, I’m Ashley. In 2020, my life changed when I developed long COVID and was later diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) and other chronic illnesses. Navigating daily life with a chronic illness inspired me to create Sick Girl—a brand built for people like me who live with invisible conditions and deserve products that truly support their needs.

Sick Girl offers practical, thoughtfully-designed essentials like our signature POTS Pouches, travel pouches, and customizable chronic illness pouches—each packed with care and made to help you feel more prepared wherever life takes you. We also design comfortable mental health–themed sweatshirts that speak to the strength and honesty it takes to live with chronic illness.
